Meet Lilly & Friends
A small team with a big heart. We built the pet care service we wished existed in Dubai — warm, personal and truly attentive to animals of every species.
Our story
Lilly & Friends started with a simple idea: pets are happiest at home. After volunteering at shelters and caring for friends' pets across Dubai, Lilly decided to turn her love for animals into a profession. Today we care for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and fish — each with their own personality and their own rhythm of care.

We position ourselves as "All Species Pet Care" and look after dogs, cats, rabbits, birds (including cockatiels) and fish. If you have a different kind of pet — get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
No, not necessarily. Most clients hand over a key or arrange concierge access. We agree on a convenient method in advance and send photo updates after the visit.
Payment is agreed in advance and depends on the service, area and duration. We accept transfers and cash. We confirm the final cost on WhatsApp before the first visit.
In an emergency we contact you immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the nearest trusted vet. All contacts are agreed during the meet & greet.

LILLY AND FRIENDS — ALL SPECIES PET CARE — PET SITTING SERVICE AGREEMENT
Client Responsibilities
- • Provide complete and accurate health/behavioral information regarding all pets.
- • Inform Lilly and Friends of any history of aggression or behavioral concerns.
- • Ensure adequate food, water, medication, and essential supplies are provided for the service duration.
- • Provide working keys, access cards, or security codes necessary for property entry.
- • Notify Lilly and Friends if any third parties will enter the home during service.
- • Guarantee that all pets are legally owned and up-to-date on required vaccinations.
Lilly and Friends Responsibilities
- • Provide attentive pet care with reasonable skill, diligence, and professionalism.
- • Feed, water, and care for pets according to the Client's written instructions.
- • Clean litter trays, cages, or designated potty areas during visits.
- • Provide photo and/or video updates after visits, whenever feasible.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Client's home and personal details.
Veterinary Emergency Authorization & Home Access
If the Client cannot be reached and the pet requires urgent care, the Client authorizes Lilly and Friends to seek treatment from the designated vet or emergency clinic. The Client accepts full financial responsibility for veterinary fees, prescriptions, hospitalization, and transit costs.
Lilly and Friends will lock all entryways upon leaving and use keys/access codes strictly for agreed services, returning all keys upon contract completion.
Behavior, Liability, Cancellation & Payments
Behavior & Safety: Services may be discontinued immediately if aggressive behavior presents a safety risk. Payment for prior visits remains due.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made >24 hours in advance incur no fee. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Payment: Due in advance to confirm bookings. Accepted methods: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Online App Payment.
